I’m Lorraine Vasquez, a native of Houston, Texas, with a passion for hairstyling deeply ingrained since my youth. My journey in the world of hair began at the age of 16, when I stepped into the role of salon coordinator at Lanno’s Emage Salon, nestled in the vibrant streets of Westheimer and Montrose. It was there that I first glimpsed the magic of transforming locks into works of art.

Eager to delve deeper into this captivating realm, I embarked on formal education, graduating from cosmetology school in 2012. Following this milestone, I sought tutelage under esteemed mentors, honing my skills alongside some of Houston’s most renowned hairdressers. From Mary McCanna at Urban Retreat Salon & Spa to Patricia Medina at Satori Salon, and later under the guidance of Kim Nguyen at Le Blanc Salon and Spa, I absorbed invaluable knowledge and refined my craft.

My quest for mastery led me to the esteemed halls of Toni & Guy, where I delved into the intricacies of precision haircutting, further enriching my repertoire. Today, emboldened by years of dedication and passion, I take immense pride in my ability to not only craft stunning hairstyles but also to uplift and empower my clients, leaving them feeling radiant and confident.

In 2023, fueled by a desire to provide my clientele with an intimate and personalized experience, I took the bold step of establishing LV Hair Studio. Here, within the sanctuary of my private space, I continue to weave my magic, ensuring each client leaves not just with fabulous hair but with a renewed sense of self-assurance and beauty.
